Freedcamp is the task system of record for Ridge Racers. This wiki does not sync tasks automatically.

Get access

  1. Team lead invites your email to the STEM Racing Freedcamp project.
  2. Project URL is posted on integrations → Live links.

Sponsor: Freedcamp Business Plan (7 users through 2027) — do not add duplicate PM tools (Asana, etc.).

Import season timeline (one-time or each season)

  1. Download Nationals_Timeline_and_Tasks_Enhanced.csv.
  2. Follow Freedcamp_Upload_Instructions.md.
  3. Create task lists per student name if missing (Brandon, Brian, Jonas, Sophia, Noah, Max, Caleb).
  4. Match Assigned To names exactly as in Freedcamp template.

What not to do

  • Do not maintain a parallel task list only in email or chat.
  • Do not put student emails or phone numbers in task descriptions if exported to shared channels.
