Before parent/mentor/volunteer Access invites

Whole-site login shows all wiki titles in search. High-school volunteers: default to Freedcamp only — no docs login (volunteer onboarding). Volunteer sessions: one adult (18+) required; HS helpers never count as supervisors (supervision model).

This week

  1. Confirm Freedcamp project URL is on integrations.
  2. Import or sync tasks from timeline (Enhanced).
  3. Distribute meeting checklist for next sync.
  4. Each student reviews their section in Improvement plan.

  • [ ] Access to docs.apexstem.org (personal email when invited)
  • [ ] Freedcamp project linked from integrations
  • [ ] Roster + contacts in private Sheet only (data policy)
  • [ ] Meeting checklist sent 24h before each meeting
  • [ ] Improvement plan tasks assigned with due dates
  • [ ] Adults own logistics; students own deliverables (see travel prep runbook)
  • [ ] Sponsor outreach follows sponsorship SOP — Caleb + board for Title tier
  • [ ] Junior Mentor Program — recruit 1–2 HS mentors + lead adult; backup parents when available per program plan
  • [ ] Supervision model on calendar — adult (18+) every session; HS never counts as supervisor; backup on call when solo adult
  • [ ] HS mentors onboarded: application + volunteer onboarding + waiver
  • [ ] Sign-in/sign-out sheet ready (private Sheet — not git)
