[ ] Freedcamp access + project URL on integrations
[ ] Import or verify timeline tasks — how to import
[ ] Review results & examples (Regionals scores, Nationals debrief)
[ ] Skim official rules + virtual training guide
[ ] Student-led boundaries: you enable; students own design/build/present
[ ] On meeting checklist distribution
[ ] Request Drive link to REGIONALS/ portfolios & graded PDFs (team lead)
[ ] Background check policy when board adopts (see volunteer policy)
[ ] If hosting HS volunteers: Junior Mentor Program — you are the adult supervisor; HS students never count as adults
