Interview kit runbook¶
From parent/org debrief: judges need visual aids; assign a pack owner who is not speaking that morning.

Kit contents (labeled bin)¶
- [ ] Foam boards or easel-friendly one-pagers (large type, photos)
- [ ] Spare printed key portfolio pages
- [ ] Iteration / demo cars (not only race car)
- [ ] Labeled wheels, aero samples, or manufacturing props as needed
- [ ] USB with slides + PDF backups
- [ ] Printed short slide deck (time-budget version — avoid reading long decks)
Rehearsal (calendar, not optional)¶
- [ ] ≥6 full timed verbal run-throughs before travel
- [ ] Students own words; adults protect calendar holds
- [ ] Laptop visibility test — external monitor or printed backup
- [ ] Whole-team delivery checklist — All_Team.md
Morning-of¶
- [ ] Pack owner verifies bin vs checklist
- [ ] Props staged in interview room before slot
- [ ] Speakers not responsible for last-minute printing
